ADVANTAGES

[full_width]

water-proof

Water Proof Our products are waterproof and do not expand, contract or wharp when they come in touch with water.

termite-proof

Termite Proof Our products are Termite proof and no termites or other insects can harm the product unlike other traditional material, which disintegrate when termite or insects attack it.

fire-retardant

Fire Retardant. Our products burns when subjected to flame, but does not burn by itself: The product extinguishes immediately when the external flame source is removed. It has got a “A” class fire rating.

maintainenece-free

Maintenance Free. Its closed, smooth surface means that it is extremely easy to clean using gentle household detergent dissolved in water. This also means that the product is virtually dirt resistant because there are no pores, which can be filled with dirt.

easy-installation

Easy to Install. Practically any automated or manual processing is possible. It is very quick & easy to fabricate & install these products.

money-saver

Economical The prices of our products are very economical even when compared to the other alternates available in the market and apart from this it also delivers many other advantages. This is the reason PVC takes more and more market share from other materials in its applications.

endless-application

Durability Our products are very durable and last more than 12 years.

Anti fungi properties. No bacteriological development on PVC.

Excellent weatherability. Weather has no effect on PVC building materials. Problems like rotting, rust, etc. just don’t apply. Even in special conditions like coastal areas (salt, storm, sun) PVC is more applicable.

Thermal Insulation : Thermal conductivity is the measurement of the speed at which heat travels through a material through conduction. In the United States thermal conductivity (also referred to as the “k” value) is commonly expressed in terms of the number of BTUs of heat which will travel through one sq. foot of material which is one inch thick when there is one degree F temperature difference across the material (ie. Delta T). This expression is often stated as btu/in/hr/sq.ft/oF. The lower the “k” value the better the thermal insulation.

The term “R” value is frequently used to describe the performance of insulation materials. The “R” value is simply the reciprocal of the “k” value. Therefore, the higher the “R” value, the better the insulation quality.

For example: Polyurethane foam insulation board is commonly rated at a thermal conductivity of .17 (point one seven). This means that a 1″ piece of foam 12″ square would permit .17 BTUs of heat to move through it in one hour if there were a temperature difference of 10 F on either side. Were the temperature difference across the material to be increased to 10 degrees, then the 1.7 BTUs would move through it in the same hour.

Listed below is the thermal conductivity of some common materials.

The above data states that PVC having a low K value & a High R value is a very good thermal insulator than aluminium, steel & Wood.
Bondable. Additional plastic components, such as end caps can easily be bonded to PVC.
 Many colours and shapes
Suitable for every type of building
 100% mechanically recyclable
