Double Sided PVC Partition - 1

The Partition frame will be made of ERW Steel Tube of size 38 mm x 38 mm. The vertical & horizontal members will be placed 800 mm to 1000 mm apart. The wall frame will be duly welded to the floor & roofing. The frame will be painted with one coat of primer & bitumen waterproofing paint. The frame will be clad on the both side with Polypan hollow multi chambered, Ultra Violet Stabilised, Impact Modified uPVC section of size 200 mm x 10 mm & 1 mm ? 0.1 mm average wall thickness. It will be fixed to the steel tube frame by self-tapping steel screws placed at intervals of 225 mm.

The Partition frame will be made of ERW Steel Tube of size 38 mm x 38 mm. The vertical & horizontal members will be placed 800mm to 1000 mm apart. The wall frame will be duly welded to the floor & roofing. The frame will be painted with one coat of primer & bitumen waterproofing paint. The frame will be clad on the both side with Multidec hollow multi chambered, Ultra Violet Stabilised, Impact Modified uPVC section of size 150 mm x 10 mm & 1 mm ? 0.1 mm average wall thickness. It will be fixed to the steel tube frame by self-tapping steel screws placed at intervals of 225 mm.

Double Sided PVC Partition - 3

The Partition frame will be made of ERW Steel Tube of Size 38 mm x 38 mm. The vertical & horizontal members will be placed 800 mm to 1000 mm apart. The wall frame will be duly welded to the floor & roofing. The frame will be painted with one coat of primer & bitumen waterproofing paint. The frame will be clad on the both side with Taipan hollow multi chambered, Ultra Violet Stabilised, Impact Modified uPVC section of size 255 mm x 07 mm & 1 mm ?0.1 mm average wall thickness. It will be fixed to the steel tube frame by self tapping steel screws placed at intervals of 225 mm.
