SPECIFICATION OF PLASOPAN FALSE CEILLING

PVC False Ceiling - PPD - 4001

The False Ceiling frame will be made of ERW steel tube of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1mm average wall thickness. The grid of the frame will be made in such a way that if the panels are to be fixed horizontally, the supporting tubes should be placed vertically at a distance of 600 mm & vice versa .The frame will be painted with one coat of primer. Then Multidec a uPVC Hollow multi Chambered section of size 150 mm x 10 mm & 1 mm average wall thickness will be fixed to the frame in such a way to conceal the Tubular frame.

PVC False Ceiling - PPD - 4002

The False Ceiling frame will be made of ERW steel tube of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1mm average wall thickness. The grid of the frame will be made in such a way that if the panels are to be fixed horizontally, the supporting tubes should be placed vertically at a distance of 600 mm & vice versa .The frame will be painted with one coat of primer. Then Polypan a uPVC Hollow multi Chambered section of size 200 mm x 10 mm & 1mm average wall thickness will be fixed to the frame in such a way to conceal the Tubular frame.

The False Ceiling frame will be made of ERW steel tube of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1 mm average wall thickness. The grid of the frame will be made in such a way that if the panels are to be fixed horizontally, the supporting tubes should be placed vertically at a distance of 600 mm & vice versa .The frame will be painted with one coat of primer. Then Ceilopan a uPVC Hollow multi Chambered section of size 175 mm x 07 mm & 1 mm average wall thickness will be fixed to the frame in such a way to conceal the Tubular frame.

The False Ceiling frame will be made of ERW steel tube of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1 mm average wall thickness. The grid of the frame will be made in such a way that if the panels are to be fixed horizontally, the supporting tubes should be placed vertically at a distance of 600 mm & vice versa .The frame will be painted with one coat of primer. Then Taipan a uPVC Hollow multi Chambered section of size 255 mm x 07 mm & 0.9mm average wall thickness will be fixed to the frame in such a way to conceal the Tubular frame.
