Walls
The wall frame will be made of ERW steel tube of size 50.8mm x 25.4mm & 1.2mm ? 0.12mm average wall thickness. The vertical & horizontal members duly welded shall be placed 1000mm to 1200mm apart. The frame will be painted with one coat of primer & two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour. The uPVC Plaso Glazing Bead of size 50mm x 25mm & 1.5mm ? 0.15mm average wall thickness & with one side self built beading, will be fixed to the steel tube frame by steel screws placed at intervals of 150mm. The frame with the help of uPVC Window Bead of size 20mm x 13mm & 2mm ? 0.12mm average wall thickness & EPDM gasket will be filled with Duraking panels a uPVC Hollow Section of size 305mm x 20mm & 1mm ? 0.1mm average wall thickness.
False Ceiling
The False Ceiling frame will be made of ERW steel tube of size 25.4mm x 50.8mm & 1mm ? 0.12mm average wall thickness. The grid size of the frame will be not more than 600mm x 1100mm.The frame will be painted with one coat of primer. Then Ceilopan a uPVC Hollow Section of size 175mm x 07mm & 0.6mm ? 0.1mm average wall thickness will be fixed to the frame in such a way to conceal the tubular frame, with the help of steel screws placed at intervals of 600mm.
Roofing
The Roofing frame will be made of electric resistant welded semi-bright steel tube of size 38mm x 38mm & 1.4mm ? 0.14mm average wall thickness. The grid size of the frame will be not more than 600mm x 1000 mm. The frame will be painted with one coat of primer. Then Plasopan PVC Roofing Sheet having 1.2 mm ? 0.12mm average wall thickness.
Doors
The shutter stiles & rails will made of Plaso A Section a uPVC hollow section of size 100mm x 37mm & 2mm ? 0.2mm average wall thickness with in built decorative molding edging on both side. The stiles & rails will be mitered & joined at the corners by means of M.S. Galvanized/Plastic brackets. The Hinge Side stile of the shutter will be reinforced by inserting primer coated M.S. tube of 1mm ? 0.1mm average wall thickness. The shutter lock rail made of Plaso H Section a uPVC hollow section of size 100mm x 37mm & 2mm ? 0.2mm average wall thickness will be fixed to the shutter stiles by means of M.S. U cleats.
The frame will be filled with Duraking panel a uPVC multi chambered section of size 305mm x 20mm & 1mm ? 0.1mm average wall thickness with the distance between the supporting ribs not exceeding 40mm. The panels will be filled vertically & will be tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6mm M.S. rod & fastened with the help of nuts & washers.
Door Frames
The door frame is made of Choukhat a uPVC hollow section of size 50mm x 100mm x 27mm & 2mm ? 0.2mm average wall thickness with an in built beading on one side. The section will be mitered & joined at the corners by means of M.S. Galvanized/Plastic brackets. The Hinge side vertical of the frame will be reinforced by inserting primer coated M.S. tube of 1mm ? 0.1mm average wall thickness.
Windows
The Window frame is made of Window Sect Exterior Grade a uPVC UV Stabilized, Impact Modified, Section of size 64mm x 50mm & 2.3mm ? 0.23mm average wall thickness with an in built beading on one side. The section will be mitred & joined at the corners by means of Plastic brackets & self-tapping screws. Glass will be fixed with the help of Window Bead Exterior Grade a uPVC, UV Stabilized, Impact Modified uPVC section of size 25 x 20mm & having a average wall thickness of 2.3mm ? 0.23mm & EPDM Gaskets.
