SPECIFICATION PLASOPAN WALL PANELLING PVC

PVC Wall Panelling - PPC-3001

The Wall Panelling will be done on an even wall surface by fixing R-Strip a uPVC section of size 35 mm x 10 mm & 1 mm average wall thickness. The distance between two R-Strips should not exceed 600mm. A uPVC Hollow Multi Chambered section Multidec of Size 150 mm x 10 mm. & 1 mm.? 0.1 mm.average wall thickness will be fixed to the R-Strip.

PVC Wall Panellings - PPC-3002

The Wall Panelling will be done on an even wall surface by fixing R-Strip a uPVC section of size 35 mm x 10 mm & 1 mm average wall thickness. The distance between two R-Strips should not exceed 600 mm. A uPVC Hollow Multi Chambered section Polypan of Size 200 mm x 10 mm. & 1 mm ? 0.2 mm average wall thickness will be fixed to the R-Strip.

PVC Wall Panelling - PPC-3003

The Wall Panelling will be done on an even wall surface by fixing R-Strip a uPVC section of size 35 mm x 10 mm & 1 mm average wall thickness. The distance between two R-Strips should not exceed 600mm. A uPVC Hollow Multi Chambered section Ceilopan of size 175 mm x 07 mm. & 0.9 mm.? 0.2 mm average wall thickness will be fixed to the R-Strip.

PVC Wall Panellings - PPC-3004

The Wall Panelling will be done on an even wall surface by fixing R-Strip a uPVC section of size 35mm x 10mm & 1.00mm average wall thickness. The distance between two R-Strips should not exceed 600mm. A uPVC Hollow Multi Chambered section Taipan of Size 255 mm x 07 mm. & 0.7 mm ? 0.2 mm average wall thickness will be fixed to the R-Strip.

Note :-
If the surface of wall is uneven then the panels of above Specifications can also be fixed by making M.S. ERW tubular frame of size 40 mm x 20 mm & 1 mm average wall thickness instead of putting R- Strip frame.
