SOME OF THE SPECIFICATIONS OF SINGLE SIDED PVC PARTITIONS

PVC Partition Single Sided - PPB - 2001

The partition frame will be made of electric resistant welded semi-bright steel tube of size 38 mm X 38 mm & 1 mm wall thickness. The vertical & horizontal members duly welded shall be placed 700 mm to 1000 mm apart. The partition frame will be securely fixed to the walls, floors, & ceiling by means of Rawl plugs or gutties & screws. The frame will be painted with one coat of primer & two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour.

The Plaso Angle a uPVC section of size 22 mm x 15 mm & 1 mm average wall thickness will be fixed to the steel tube frame by 6 x 13 mm self tapping steel screws placed at intervals of 150 mm. The frame with the help of Plaso Screwless Beading a uPVC section of size 10 mm x 10 mm & 1 mm average wall thickness & 6 x 13mm self tapping steel screws placed at intervals of 150 mm will be filled with Solitairepan panels a uPVC Hollow multi chambered section of size 730 mm x 20 mm & 1 mm average wall thickness.

The frame will be painted with one coat of primer & two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour.

The Plaso Angle a uPVC section of size 22 mm x 15 mm & 1 mm average wall thickness will be fixed to the steel tube frame by 6 x 13mm self tapping steel screws placed at intervals of 150 mm. The frame with the help of Plaso Screwless Beading a uPVC section of size 10 mm x 10 mm & 1 mm average wall thickness & 6 x 13 mm self tapping steel screws placed at intervals of 150 mm will be filled with Plasoking panels a uPVC Hollow multi chambered section of size 305 mm x 20 mm & 1 mm average wall thickness.
